BequestsExamples of Bequest wordingAn example of bequest wording is set out below, and maybe helpful as a guide for you and your solicitor. Your decision to leave a bequest has the ability to help future generations to plan and implement real changes. "I bequeath (free of all duties) the sum of ($_ actual amount should be shown in words and figures) to Julia Farr Association for its general purposes or for its research towards......)" Or "I bequeath the whole of my estate (or for example twenty percent (20%) of my estate (please nominate preferred percentage) free of all debts, duties and taxes to Julia Farr Association".
